Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 5, 2026
This policy is written to apply across multiple apps. Individual apps may use different device permissions or features. Where an app has additional privacy disclosures, those disclosures are presented in the app, its App Store listing, or both.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to mobile applications published under the Sultonov Apps name and to this support website. It explains how information may be handled when you use our apps or contact support.

2. Fylx-specific handling

Fylx is designed as a local-first file manager. Files that you import, scan, edit, index, play, archive, or store in the Private Vault are processed on the device unless you explicitly choose a feature that communicates with another device or server.

WebDAV, SMB, and SFTP connections are made directly from your device to the server you configure. Saved connection secrets are stored using Apple Keychain APIs where the app offers credential saving. File transfer and synchronization content is not routed through a Sultonov Apps backend.

Wi-Fi Transfer starts a temporary local-network server only when you enable that feature. The transfer is intended for devices on the same trusted local network and stops when the app goes into the background. The built-in browser and Download by Link contact the web addresses you choose.

On-device search may index file names, tags, PDF text, and OCR text in local application storage so that you can search your own library. Private Vault access can use Face ID, Touch ID, or the device passcode through Apple device-owner authentication.

3. CarWidget-specific handling

CarWidget is designed as a local-first widget app. Widget configuration, user-selected car photos, saved Garage profiles, and saved parking coordinates are stored locally on the device, including in the app's shared App Group container so the CarWidget WidgetKit extension can display the selected content.

CarWidget requests location access only after you explicitly choose a location-based feature. For Parking, the current coordinates are saved locally until you clear or replace them. If you choose to open directions or share the saved location, the coordinates are provided to the Apple Maps flow you selected.

For the Weather widget, CarWidget stores the selected weather location locally and sends the location to Apple's WeatherKit service as necessary to retrieve weather conditions and required WeatherKit attribution. CarWidget does not use background location tracking.

Optional maintenance reminders use Apple's local notification APIs after you enable the reminder. Optional Drive Live Activities use Apple's ActivityKit on the device. CarWidget does not use a custom account system, custom analytics SDK, advertising tracker, or Sultonov Apps backend to upload car photos, parking history, or widget configurations.

Car Video (CarPlay Video): sources, diagnostics and analytics

Car Video stores your library, favorites, playback progress and imported files on your device. Saved media-server passwords and tokens, and the used portion of the free playback preview, are stored in Apple Keychain. Keychain records may remain after the app is deleted. We do not operate a server that receives your video library.

Opening streams, channel logos, media servers or websites contacts the providers you select. Those providers can receive network and device information and may store website data or cookies. YouTube and other websites apply their own privacy policies. Screen capture begins only after you choose content in the system picker. Captured audio and video are sent to your selected receiver. The local diagnostic video works offline; the HLS diagnostic sample contacts Apple's streaming servers.

Car Video uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand onboarding, feature use, playback and purchases. Analytics can process interaction and purchase events, app and device information, an app-instance identifier, and approximate location derived from network information. Our custom analytics events do not include source URLs, passwords, access tokens, pairing codes or media titles. Vendor-identifier collection and advertising-personalization signals are disabled in the app. You can turn off future analytics collection in Settings or Privacy details. Doing so also resets the local analytics identifier; it does not delete historical data already held by Google. Google's processing and retention are described in Firebase's privacy information.

If you choose to contact support, you can review and share a diagnostic report with app/build and iOS versions, a generic iPhone/iPad device family, fixed audio-route categories, connection states and PRO access status. The generated report excludes source URLs, media titles, device or receiver names, passwords, access tokens and pairing codes. The report is not sent automatically. Information you voluntarily add to your message is handled under the support-email provisions of this policy. Purchases are processed and verified through Apple; we do not receive payment card details.

4. Information you provide

If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, the app name, device information, screenshots, and the content of your support request. We use this information only to respond to your request, investigate issues, and improve support.

5. Device permissions and user content

Depending on the features of a particular app, the app may request access to device resources such as Photos, Camera, Files, Microphone, or notifications. Access is requested only when needed for a feature and is controlled by your device settings.

User content such as photos, videos, documents, or audio may be processed on-device or, where a feature requires an online service, transmitted as necessary to provide that feature. App-specific disclosures should be reviewed before using features that upload content.

6. Purchases and subscriptions

In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your full payment card details. Apple may provide transaction-related information needed to validate purchases, restore entitlements, and manage subscription access.

7. Diagnostics and analytics

Some apps may use diagnostics, crash reporting, or analytics technologies to understand reliability and performance. When used, the relevant app’s App Store privacy information and any in-app disclosures provide additional details.

8. Third-party services

Some app features may rely on Apple services or other service providers, for example for purchases, cloud processing, crash reporting, analytics, or AI-powered features. Those providers may process information according to their own privacy policies. We aim to use only the information necessary to provide the requested functionality.

9. Data retention

Support emails and related correspondence may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to answer requests, resolve disputes, maintain records, and protect our rights. Data processed by third-party services is subject to their retention practices where applicable.

10. Data sharing and sale

We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers only when necessary to operate an app, provide a requested feature, process purchases, maintain security, comply with law, or respond to a valid legal request.

11. Children

Our apps are not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children unless an app is specifically designed for children and provides appropriate disclosures and safeguards. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review the request.

12. Your choices and rights

You can control app permissions in iOS Settings and manage subscriptions in your Apple Account. Depending on your location, you may also have rights relating to access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection to certain processing. To submit a privacy request, contact us using the email below.

13. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the information we handle. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

14. International processing

Service providers used by an app may process information in countries other than your own. Where applicable, processing is subject to the safeguards provided by those service providers and applicable law.

15. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our apps, services, or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date above shows when this policy was most recently revised.
