Terms of Use
1. Agreement
These Terms of Use apply to mobile applications published under the Sultonov Apps name. By downloading, accessing, or using an app, you agree to these Terms and to any additional terms presented in that app.
2. Apple App Store terms
If you obtained an app through Apple’s App Store, your use of the app is also subject to Apple’s applicable App Store terms, including the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and, where applicable, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
3. License
Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by Apple’s usage rules.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use an app for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes;
- attempt to disrupt, damage, reverse engineer, or circumvent security or access controls except where applicable law expressly allows it;
- misuse app features in a way that violates the rights of others;
- use an app to upload or process content you do not have the right to use.
5. User content
You retain your rights in content you create, import, or process using an app. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions necessary to use that content.
6. Subscriptions and in-app purchases
Some apps may offer paid features, subscriptions, free trials, or other in-app purchases. Prices, billing periods, and trial terms are shown in the App Store purchase interface before confirmation.
Payments are processed by Apple. Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period, an auto-renewable subscription may renew automatically according to Apple’s rules and the terms shown at purchase. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings.
7. Free trials
If an app offers a free trial, the duration and eligibility are shown before purchase. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the subscription may convert to a paid subscription according to the terms displayed by Apple at the time of enrollment.
8. Refunds
App Store payments and refund requests are handled by Apple under Apple’s policies. We do not directly process App Store refunds.
9. App functionality and updates
We may update, improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. Some features may require a compatible device, internet connection, Apple services, or third-party services.
10. Third-party services
An app may integrate third-party services. Your use of those services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
11. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, apps are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of an app. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by applicable law.
13. Termination
These Terms remain effective while you use an app. Your rights under these Terms may end if you materially violate them, subject to applicable law and Apple’s rules.
14. Changes
We may revise these Terms when our apps, services, or legal obligations change. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
